Postdoctoral Researcher at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and IMIM, Spain.

Angélique Lebert is a postdoctoral researcher at the intersection of Experimental Cognitive Psychology and Neurosciences at the Cognitive Neuroscience Research Unit (UAB) working under the supervision of Professor Óscar Vilarroya Oliver. She obtained her PhD in Cognitive Psychology (University of Paris) on the links between emotion and posture. She has a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Paris. Her research interests focus on the effectiveness and sustainability of simulation-based learning as a 4E (embodied, embedded, extended, and enactive cognition) learning strategy, which emphasizes the importance of the interaction between the individual, their body, and their environment. Additionally, she is interested in understanding the links between perception and action by examining the role of various socio-emotional cues on postural control in healthy adults and children with cerebellar cysts.
